I’m a multi-award-winning creative director and creative strategist with 20 years’ experience in leading teams, driving innovation and delivering results. With a specialism in youth marketing and behavioural change, I’ve been responsible for some of the most powerful campaigns you might have never heard of, including one that literally saved two people from slavery.
My personal mission is to create an atmosphere where teams make great work and have a great time doing it. I encourage my teams to be bold and take creative risks – knowing I will always be there to back them up.
I’m also the author of novels for young adults, including my latest, Slay. When I’m not doing all of that, I run writing workshops, deliver lectures on embracing failure in creativity at schools and act as a mentor to writers and tech start-ups.
